| Ms. Clarke Luck joined Capital Royalty in August of 2004. Prior to joining Capital Royalty, Ms. Clarke Luck was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare and Higher Education Group at Bear Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York where she performed municipal bond structuring and financial advisory work for non-profit healthcare and higher education institutions.
Before joining Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. Ms. Clarke Luck was a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance for Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, the largest non-profit healthcare system in Texas, where she focused on financial forecasting, budgeting and strategic debt issuance. Prior to joining Memorial Hermann Healthcare System, Ms. Clarke Luck was a Financial Analyst for Texas Orthopedic Hospital. Ms. Clarke Luck received her undergraduate degree (B.S.) in Healthcare Administration/Business from James Madison University in 1999.
