| Bonnie Lewis joined Capital Royalty as Chief Financial Officer in 2003. Ms. Lewis oversees and coordinates investments, financial management and limited partner communications for Capital Royalty. Ms. Lewis has extensive experience in this area with numerous private equity firms, including Insight Venture Partners, a venture capital firm in New York, New York focused on investments in enterprise-software companies, and Genesis Park LP, a venture capital fund in Houston, Texas.
Ms. Lewis was the Controller for Arb Oil, Inc. (1988-1995), a commodities trading firm on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Prior to that she was a tax professional at Richard A. Eisner & Co., CPA's and Main Hurdman, a CPA firm subsequently acquired by KPMG International. Ms. Lewis is a CPA and graduated from Brooklyn College with a BS degree in accounting and applied mathematics.
