It has an experienced and multidisciplinary management team with over 60 years of combined experience in the healthcare and royalty sectors. Charles Tate, Chairman, has over 30 years of private equity, merchant and investment banking experience with premier institutions such as Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst and Morgan Stanley & Co. Jim Webster, Managing Partner, and Harry Loveys, Principal, were previously the President and Executive Vice President, respectively, of Drug Royalty Corporation Inc., a healthcare Royalty Interest portfolio manager based in Toronto, Canada. Over a nine-year period, Mr. Webster and Mr. Loveys were pioneers in the origination, structuring, and exiting of healthcare Royalty Interest investments.
